Landscape and Wedding photographer Jim Cossey has always loved shooting from a young age. After spending a few years as a ski bum in the French Alps running ski and mountainbike chalets, he decided to come back and focus on his photography career and is now based in the beautiful Brecon Beacons National Park.
If Jim isn’t photographing weddings he’s normally found out in mountains hiking / wild camping and chasing the light.

Well hello there, what can I possibly say about myself that’s minutely interesting or will hold your attention for more than a few seconds!…
I was adopted from Korea (South obviously, I mean why do people always say “North or South?” I mean duh, ….) to a British family when I was two years old.
I apparently had a natural flair for art from a very young age and this served me well through primary school, high school & sixth form. Despite forging a professional career out of photography, a GCSE in it is the only formal photography qualification I have.
I have no, zilch, nada awards, I’m just passionate about what I do and doing it to the best of my ability. I specialise in food photography & styling but also cover weddings, social location portraits & product photography.
Being approached and asked to be a Panasonic Lumix Ambassador was and continues to be a real honour. I’ve met many many incredible photographers and members of the Panasonic family who have become great friends.
Discover my imagery on my various social platforms below so pop on over and say hello, howdy & hi!
Matt has been around cameras all his life due his father’s photographic passion but began taking photographs seriously as a teenager in the 80’s taking photos of bands in the clubs of London.
His images are strong, bold and with an attitude and style that pulls the viewer into the scene. He is influenced more by cinematographers and directors rather than photographers and as such his images have an almost cinematic feel to them.
He specialises in underwater photography and videography using ultra wide lenses and ambient light. His monochrome underwater images are his signature style.
His work has been exhibited in art galleries in London’s Mayfair and his photographs hang in countless homes in countries and continents around the world.
Matt is a LUMIX ambassador and an Ikelite Underwater Systems ambassador.
